Inspiration –
I wanted to create some earrings to compliment my Fairy Globes necklace and to continue the theme of fairies and forests. The peridot glass gives the impression of a glowing globe and the warm brown of the leaf conjures up images of trees and woodlands. They also make a lovely little tinkling sound as you move your head – a bit like a fairy fluttering by!!
Description –
To the earring wires I attached 10mm jump rings to hang a large glass leaf, peridot glass beads topped with two gorgeous foliage and ornamental bead caps. A delightful round teensie dragonfly charm completes the design.

Peridot glass beads, glass leaf beads, round teensie dragonfly charm, foliage bead caps, ornamental bead caps, round loop earring wires, 10mm jump rings.

Bio –
I draw my inspiration from all I see and hear around me, hues, moods, changing seasons, music and fairy tales. I adore natural products and this is reflected in my jewellery. Gems, handcrafted lampwork beads, sterling silver, gold filled wire, pearls and of course Vintaj brass are my favourite materials to work with. I live in Kent, southern England with my husband, three boys and black Labrador!
