STEP by STEPS

Step 1: Create beaded filigree flowers.
A. Cut an 8” piece of bronze beading wire. (You may also use Griffin silk beading cord or Nymo beading thread).
B. String the wire or thread up through an opening of the filigree at one of the petals points leaving the equal amounts of wire on either side.
C. Thread a 4mm Violet AB2x crystal bicone (or any 4mm crystal color of your choice) through one end of the wire. Thread the wire down through the same opening and then back up through the next opening and string a seed bead. Pull wire tightly so beads lay securely on the filigree and there is not extra wire loose.
D. Continue by threading the wire down through the next opening, then back up through the next and string a 3mm Crystal Copper Swarovski Crystal bicone (or any 3mm crystal color of your choice). The 3mm crystals will be positioned in the corners where the petals meet.
E. Remember to keep the wire nice and tight when threading through each opening of the filigree. Bring the wire down through the next opening, then back up through the next and string a seed bead. Thread the wire down through the next opening and then back up through the next.
F. You have now completed one series. Repeat your bead pattern 5 times until you reach the first crystal. Thread the wire down through the same opening and pull tight until secure. String a 2mm round crimp bead through both pieces of wire up against the back of the filigree and crimp. Cut excess wire up to the crimp. (Tie a knot and use clear glue if you decide to use beading cord or thread).

Step 2: Embellish beaded filigree flowers.
A. String a 4.25mm jump ring through two openings near the center of one of the filigree petals. Close jump ring to secure.
B. Attach a 7.25mm jump ring through a borosilicate glass teardrop. Attach it through the 4.25mm jump ring so the teardrop lies in the center of the filigree. Close jump ring to secure.
C. String the coin pearl on a 1” head pin and make a simple loop. (You may string the pearl onto a 1.5” pearl head pin and make a coiled loop if needed).
D. Attach pearl drop to a 4.25mm jump ring and string it through the center opening of the filigree petal directly below the glass teardrop. You may need to use a beading awl to stretch the opening to fit the jump ring. Close jump ring to secure.
E. Attach a Round Loop Ear Wire to the center opening of the filigree petal directly above the glass teardrop and pearl. Close ear wire to secure.
F. Repeat steps 1 & 2 to complete your opposite earring.

Your earrings are complete, Enjoy!
