Paint Filigree Stars with PEARL acrylic paint dabbers and apply SAILBOAT BLUE alcohol inks to achieve a beautiful metallic blue color. Simply layer the painted stars over top Diamond Swirl Filigree and secure with an ear wire. Cluster clear faceted glass beads from the remaining three swirl points of the filigree to create an elegant earring design.
