Imprint 1.5mm words "Star Gazing" into the hammered ring. Color in using Pitch Black acrylic paint dabbers. Use paint and alcohol inks to color in the center of the star blank. Rivet the hammered ring over the star. Use glossy accents to seal in the inks.
